Opel Corsa Prices in Ireland 2026: Petrol Prices for a Specific Car

A Corsa price search can bring together buyers with different gearbox, engine and insurance requirements. A useful valuation starts with the specification of the actual car rather than the model's cheapest advert.

This September 2026 guide uses current Irish advertised listings gathered through CarValue.ie’s market-search and comparison engine. The largest usable pricing group here is 2024, with 15 adverts and a median asking price of €18,950. Its middle half runs from €17,900 to €20,400. The 2024 and 2020 medians differ by €5,500. That is a difference between today’s advertised cohorts, not measured depreciation of one car; mileage, engine, specification and seller mix can also differ.

Keep petrol and electric comparisons separate

This guide studies petrol listings. An electric Corsa belongs in a different comparison set, and an automatic requirement can also narrow the relevant stock. Confirm the engine and gearbox from the documents instead of relying on a brief advert title.

For buyers: compare the complete car

Get an insurance quote for the exact registration and inspect the service history and condition. If significant work is due, obtain a real quote and include it in the comparison. A lower asking price does not automatically mean a lower overall purchase cost.

For sellers: support the asking price

Write a clear engine and gearbox description, label the mileage unit and disclose defects. Buyers comparing small cars can then decide whether yours is a relevant option. Support the price with close petrol alternatives rather than the full spread of Corsa adverts.

How to use these figures for your own car

The reference mileage is the input used for each research case, not the exact mileage of every advert. The selected band can widen where matches are sparse. Engine and fuel filters also depend on the information in the listings; the notes above show the observed engine mix where available.

The middle 50% is the range from the lower to the upper quartile of the selected asking prices. It is neither the full cheapest-to-dearest range nor a prediction interval for a sale. A buyer’s negotiated amount and a dealer’s trade-in offer can differ from these advertised numbers.

Use the guide to establish the right comparison group, then check current evidence for your actual mileage and specification. A CarValue.ie report shows the listings behind its estimate; an inspection and your car’s records answer the condition questions that listing data cannot.
