Volkswagen T-Roc Prices in Ireland 2026: The Petrol Price Comparison
T-Roc shoppers can be drawn to a particular look or equipment level, but the price comparison still needs the exact mechanical specification. A high asking price for a different version is not evidence for the value of your own car.
This September 2026 guide uses current Irish advertised listings gathered through CarValue.ie’s market-search and comparison engine. The largest usable pricing group here is 2024, with 13 adverts and a median asking price of €29,995. Its middle half runs from €29,500 to €31,950. The 2024 and 2020 medians differ by €8,070. That is a difference between today’s advertised cohorts, not measured depreciation of one car; mileage, engine, specification and seller mix can also differ.

Separate appearance from the comparison criteria
Check body style, engine output, gearbox and trim before collecting prices. If a search returns a materially different body or performance version, remove it from a like-for-like shortlist. The table describes the observed petrol comparison set, not every possible T-Roc specification.
For buyers: compare the complete car
Decide which features are requirements and which are preferences. Then compare cars that meet those requirements, including history and condition. Otherwise an attractive specification can obscure a price gap that would become clear on a more focused shortlist.
For sellers: support the asking price
Photograph the actual equipment and name the engine and gearbox precisely. A buyer should be able to distinguish your car from cheaper adverts without guessing. Use evidence from close alternatives to support the price rather than assuming the trim label carries a fixed resale premium.
How to use these figures for your own car
The reference mileage is the input used for each research case, not the exact mileage of every advert. The selected band can widen where matches are sparse. Engine and fuel filters also depend on the information in the listings; the notes above show the observed engine mix where available.
The middle 50% is the range from the lower to the upper quartile of the selected asking prices. It is neither the full cheapest-to-dearest range nor a prediction interval for a sale. A buyer’s negotiated amount and a dealer’s trade-in offer can differ from these advertised numbers.
Use the guide to establish the right comparison group, then check current evidence for your actual mileage and specification. A CarValue.ie report shows the listings behind its estimate; an inspection and your car’s records answer the condition questions that listing data cannot.
